Parking

There are three locations for parking at the Sherwood Community Center:

1. Stacy C. Sherwood Community Center 

2.  Health Department

3.  Christian Science Church 

Parking signs and attendees will be posted at each location to guide you.

Check In

Please check in at the welcome tables upon arrival. You will receive your bid package and have an opportunity to swipe your credit card for fast and easy check out.

You will also be required to register your phone upon check in for our Mobile Bidding application which will allow you to bid on items during our Silent Auction.

Please Note: If you elect to swipe your credit card at check in or check out, payment will not be processed until two business days after the Auction.

Food and Beverages

Local restaurants, wineries, and beverages will provide food and beverage tastings. Non-alcoholic beverage options available. 

Silent and Live Auction

This year’s Silent Auction will be filled with original artwork, sports memorabilia, travel experiences and much more.

The Silent Auction will begin at 7:00 pm and will end at 8:25 pm.

The Live Auction will feature our acclaimed auctioneer Fred Reger, who will highlight our unique and "not for purchase anywhere else" items and experiences. The Live Auction is part of the program that begins at 8:30 pm.

Auction Information 

By placing a bid on an item, you agree to purchase it for that amount if you are highest bidder.

• Payment must be made by the winning bidder by the conclusion of the event 
• Auction winner may pay by cash, check, Visa or Mastercard
• Guests will receive their items at check-out following the live auction
• Items must be claimed by the winning bidder within 2 weeks. Forfeiture of items results after two weeks
• Some items have restrictions or require reservation in advance 
• All auction sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds on items

Silent Auction​

• The Silent Auction opens for bidding at 7:00 pm and will close promptly at 8:25 pm. The auctioneer will announce when the Silent Auction is closed. 
• All items on the silent auction tables are featured for bid in the Mobile Bidding platform. To bid, select your bid amount with the corresponding item.
• To guarantee your purchase of an item, select the Gotta Have It amount on your Mobile Bidding platform. 
• When the auction closes, only those bids placed in the Mobile Bidding platform will be deemed valid. You will be notified by Mobile Bidding if you have won your silent auction item.

Live Auction

• The Live Auction begins at approximately 8:40 pm and continues until all items have been bid on and won. 
• The auctioneer will state the opening bid. To place a bid, raise your program book showing your bidder number. Bidding will continue until a final amount has been reached. 

Games​

• Carnival Games - Unlimited play for $30. Play as many games as often as you like to win prizes. 
• Wingspan Game - A full wingspan of tickets for $30. Drop your tickets in front of item(s) you hope to win.
• Heads or Tails Game, $25. Play for a chance to win a unique item featured during the event. 

PLEASE NOTE: WINGSPAN AND HEADS OR TAILS WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED DURING THE PROGRAM. (MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN) ​

Payment and Check Out

Payment and Check out process is easier than ever! Simply swipe your credit card when you check in for an automatic payment, or stop by the welcome table to pay for your items using cash, check or credit card. Volunteers will be available to assist you with each step in the check-out process.
