This year is FACETS 30th anniversary. That’s 30 years of opening doors for our neighbors in need suffering from homelessness, poverty and hunger. And on Giving Tuesday, our goal is to get 30 new FACETS Friends. FACETS Friends give a monthly gift, even as little as $10.00, that helps to support our mission and lift your neighbors out of homelessness. What is Giving Tuesday?
We have a day for giving thanks. We have two for getting deals. Now, we have #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. Each year, on the Tuesday immediately following Thanksgiving, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give. It’s a simple idea. Just find a way for your family, your community, your company or your organization to come together to give something more.
